  7. License Agreement

  9. You should carefully read the following terms and conditions
  10. before using this software.  Unless you have a different license
  11. agreement signed by Prasad Thammineni your use of this
  12. software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement
  13. and warranty.

  15. Registered Version
  16.  
  17. One registered copy of Launchpad 95 may either be used by one
  18. person who uses the software personally on one or more computers,
  19. or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by
  20. multiple people, but not both.
  21.  
  22. You may access the registered version of Launchpad 95 through a network,
  23. provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the
  24. software covering all workstations that will access the software
  25. through the network.  For instance, if 8 different workstations
  26. will access Launchpad 95 on the network, each workstation must have its
  27. own Launchpad 95 license, regardless of whether they use Launchpad 95 at
  28. different times or concurrently.

  30. Governing Law

  32. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of
  33. Massachusetts.

  35. Disclaimer of Warranty

  37. THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND
  38. WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY
  39. OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.  Because of the
  40. various hardware and software environments in which Launchpad 95 may
  41. be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS
  42. OFFERED.

  44. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  45. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  46. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  ANY
  47. LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
  48. REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.

  52. Evaluation and Registration

  54. This is not free software.  You are hereby licensed to use this
  55. software for evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 30
  56. days.  If you use this software after the 30 day evaluation period
  57. a registration fee of $19 if paid by cheque (or $29 if paid by credit 
  58. card or registered using an online service like CIS) is required.

  60. Payments must be in US dollars drawn on a US bank, and should be 
  61. sent to Prasad Thammineni, 24 Williamsburg Ct, #22, Shrewsbury, 
  62. MA 01545, USA. Credit card ordering and quantity discounts are 
  63. available, as described in the section Ordering Information/Order Form.  
  64. When payment is received you will be sent a registered copy of the 
  65. latest version of Launchpad 95. The registration fee if paid using 
  66. cheques does not include shipping and handling charges. If registered
  67. using a credit card or an online service, a copy of the latest version
  68. of the software is mailed to you by first class mail.

  70. Unregistered use of Launchpad 95 after the 30-day evaluation period is
  71. in violation of U.S. and international copyright laws.

  73. Distribution

  75. Provided that you verify that you are distributing the Shareware
  76. Version (select About from the Properties Dialog Box to check) you are
  77. hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware version of
  78. this software and documentation as you wish; give exact copies of
  79. the original Shareware version to anyone; and distribute the
  80. Shareware version of the software and documentation including 
  81. registration and license in its unmodified form via electronic 
  82. means.  There is no charge for any of the above.

  85. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  86. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
